Washington Island 2019 in a Nut Shell :-)

Washington Island- We had a great time seeing Dell's retirement from the Navy.  These are his two sons who are currently in the Navy and Army.  It was a very special ceremony.

 We enjoyed doing so much out in Washington, including riding on Vince's boat, taking a ferry over to the San Juan Islands, and just hanging out around Whidbey Island :-)

School Dances and Dance Recitals!!!

 They had a great time-last dance in 8th Grade!!!!!! It  was a lot of fun!!!!

 This was Emily's Dance performance last night, and she did great!!!!!

 Emily did jazz/lyrical this year, and danced to "I'm like a Bird", and "Colors of the Wind" by Pocahontas(Disney)! It was so pretty to watch!

Spring/Easter 2019

                          Hailey's youth group re-enacted Christ walking to the cross in the streets.

                        They started at the square downtown and walked to the church; it was very emotional.

 Egg making this year consisted of food coloring and cool-whip to make pastel eggs :)

Big Easter Egg hunt at the church this year-it was raining outside so they decided to have in the church......I think the kids had more fun than being outside!!!

It was a beautiful day for Easter!!!!!!

Club Volleyball 2019

 These are the Lady Turtles(Club team name); every Saturday they play a set of 2 games!

These ladies are serious about their game!  It's a lot of fun watching them.  We have to help score and be line judges as parents, so that's fun to be a part of the game that way!  Go #4!!!!!!

Hello Again!!! and Happy Valentine's Day!

HELLO again!! To anyone who had been reading our blog, sorry I took a hiatus through the holidays and now into 2019! It's February already, slow down!!!!!!

Here is  Hailey trying to open a HUGE Lindor chocolate ball, and I know she is going to share it w/ everyone else, right??!!

This was Emily's Valentine's box for school this year! She did a great job decorating, wouldn't you say??!!

 It was officially Lola's 1yr. birthday on February 14th, so she got the royal treatment w/ lots of treats and extra bones; and she gets the royal priveledge of waking up Emily every morning by jumping on her bed and mauling her OUT of bed!!! Woof!!!

I hope everyone felt some extra special love from friends & family. (Hope everyone got to eat some chocolate too!)
